The dryer function is satisfactory. However, I was wanting a lightweight, quiet, and effective hair dryer. This is NOT that dryer, especially for the price. It operates the same as a dryer half the price. It will work fine; but it is not quieter, healthier, or more efficient than a $40 hair dryer. Don't waste your money.
