Manuka honey is really something special, as it's got a smooth, medium-sweetness with some complexity and floral characters to it. It's really used as a supplement for health benefits, but even a tiny amount added as an additional way of layering in unique flavor to top off a tea or a baked good goes a long way in changing the layers that you'll get from the addition. You'll definitely want to use this sparingly given the health benefits that many people seek this out for!

At the time of writing, this honey is listed for $75+. It's a remarkably small container...just over a cup of honey. Think of your cup measurer....that's about what you get. The taste is good! It's not like most cheap honeys -- it's definitely more complex and floral, and also certainly not as sweet. If you want to layer flavors into your tea, it's a fine option, but I suspect that most people looking that this honey are looking at it for supposed health benefits. I can tell that it's a great honey, but I haven't noticed anything that stands out about it. It's nice and creamy, but idk, I guess to me it's just honey. And for that price....it's a hard sell.
