Best healthy noodles so far! Good taste and texture

Good noodles to supplement my udon or rice noodles. I can also stir fry them. They don't have a strange taste and texture like konjac noodles, more like egg noodles so they make a great replacement for or to supplement rice noodles to limit the carbs and calories.

Where to start…ok, they’re not delicious. But I knew that when I ordered them. I liked the idea of high fiber and high protein noodles so I figured they were worth a shot. I decided to ease into it by making udon using half regular udon noodles and half of these black bean noodles. Ummm. They don’t taste like anything in particular but the texture is weird, gummy-ish. I can’t really describe it but I know I won’t be eating an entire bowl of just these. And that’s ok with me. I’m just trying to do better at balancing my macros since traditional noodles don’t offer the same benefits.
