Superamen™ 6 pack Organic Edamame, Soybean, and Black Bean Ramen Noodles

These black bean noodles are a GREAT substitute for standard ramen noodles. They don't quite have the texture I like (squiggly), but the bite is pretty good and the flavor is hidden. They take on the flavor of whatever sauce I put on them, which I love. As someone who is always seeking high-protein alternatives, this is going to be regularly stocked in my pantry! I didn't get the sauce packets because I either use some from traditional ramen kits, or make my own. A great way to cut calories, add protein, and still enjoy a Noodle dish - guilt free!
