I bought this and before I had it customer service was reaching out to make sure I was happy. I received my bottle and within a day the pump stopped working and I reached out to them. All I got was how a pump works instructions which I already knew. I managed to get the product out with out the pump and now that I am finished it made no difference in my skin.
