I’ve been on the hunt for a robot vacuum that can keep up with my busy life and messy house, and the Shark UR2360S Ultra Robot Vacuum has absolutely blown me away! From the moment I set it up, I could tell this little machine meant business. It’s packed with features that make it a standout—like Matrix Clean, precision mapping, and that glorious 30-day capacity self-emptying base. Honestly, it’s like having a tiny, tireless cleaning assistant that doesn’t complain about pet hair or crumbs. First off, the setup was a breeze. I downloaded the Shark app, connected it to my Wi-Fi, and within minutes, this thing was zipping around my house, mapping every nook and cranny with its LIDAR-powered precision. The map it created was spot-on—my open-plan living area, tricky corners, and even the cluttered spots under furniture were all accounted for. I love that I can schedule cleanings or send it to specific rooms right from my phone. It’s like giving it a mission, and it executes it flawlessly. The cleaning power? Impressive. I’ve got a dog that sheds like it’s her full-time job, and the self-cleaning brushroll on this vacuum handles it like a champ. Pet hair, dust, and even the occasional cereal spill (thanks, kids) get sucked up without a hitch. The Matrix Clean feature is a game-changer—it goes over areas in a grid pattern, ensuring nothing gets missed. I’ve noticed my floors looking consistently cleaner than they ever did with my old manual vacuum. The self-emptying base is the real MVP here. With a HEPA filter and a 30-day capacity, I barely have to think about maintenance. It’s loud for a few seconds when it empties, sure, but that’s a small price to pay for not having to deal with a dusty bin every day. Plus, knowing it’s trapping allergens makes me feel better about the air quality in my home. It’s not perfect—sometimes it struggles with really deep carpet or tiny debris right up against walls, and I’ve had to rescue it from a rogue sock or two—but those are minor gripes. The battery life is solid, usually lasting about an hour before it heads back to recharge, and it picks up right where it left off. For the price, especially if you snag it renewed like I did, it’s an incredible value. Pros: Amazing mapping, awesome pet hair pickup, and the self-emptying feature is a dream. Cons: Could use a bit more oomph.

UR2360S common parts are impossible to find making the unit unusable soon
By paul s on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2025
Updated The UR2360 looked new in every way and works good. The problem is after a few days use the side brush is looking worn and the rubber flap on the roller is starting to tear.?worse, after looking hard, 2360 parts like this are unavailable. I’m considering returning because these normal ware parts are needed and not available as after market parts or any on Amazon The app has many issues. The biggest one is when scheduling it to clean, you can’t clean a few defined rooms. The only option is clean the entire house. Worse, it constantly skips the same room every time and it’s not from low battery. In addition, the battery the rebuilder uses is 20% less mA-hr rating than a new unit. I had to buy a replacement battery to clean 2 hrs on Eco clean
