Not too bad

I purchased the Shark RV2400WD IQ 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop for my home. The LIDAR mapping is accurate, covering my 800 sq ft space in about 20 minutes, and the Matrix Clean grid ensures thorough coverage. Sonic Mopping scrubs hard floors effectively, tackling stains well, and the 100x per minute scrubbing is a standout. It’s quiet, great for my noise-sensitive dog, and the self-cleaning brushroll handles pet hair decently on hard floors. Alexa compatibility makes scheduling easy. However, it struggles on carpets—pet hair gets embedded, and it leaves debris along walls and corners. The SharkClean app is buggy, often unresponsive, and there’s no self-emptying base, so I’m emptying it frequently. It also gets stuck under low furniture. Good for hard floors, but not ideal for heavy carpet or pet owners.

Renewed UGH - should have bought NEW
By Mom of two on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2025
First why did Shark decide to put a decorative circle on top of the vac? Now it doesn't fit under bookcases that my previous one did. What's the point? It has no function other than to have the name of the product printed on it. Refurbished unit constantly stops to say its roller is stuck when there's nothing clogging or wrapped around the rollar. Doesn't seem to realize that it's shouldn't climb over end table rails that are over 2 inches high but does. Pushes plant stands along the floor with it, Will look at another brand to replace it.
