Shark Ultralight PetPro Corded Stick Vacuum

First time buying a used product and received this item on time. Pros: Very, very well packaged. No noticeable scratches and vacuum is in excellent condition, as described. All filters are in place and new. All attachments were included and glide into place. Suction is very strong. Super long cord. Handheld can be attached to the wand, near the bottom, for storage. Easy to empty dust bin. All filters are washable. Has a good weight and doesn't feel cheap. Hard to tell this item is refurbished. Cons: Vacuum does not stand up on its own with the handheld piece attached; it is slightly top heavy. It also blows out warm air while in service. I am a residential house cleaner of 5 years.
