This cool belt put the chill right where it's needed. The elastic velcro wrap fits most people, and I'm a big guy. I wish the cold would last longer, but I'm buying a second one to swap out when the first one gets to body temperature. Works great!

I put it in the freezer for 2 days and the coldness literally only lasted for 5 minutes if even.
