Did great for me after hip replacement, size was perfect for the incision site, having 4 allowed me to have a cold one when I needed it. Cooled quickly, and when I am cold it warms quick and easy. Now I keep 2 in the freezer and 2 out for hot packs as needed

Nice size

Size is nice but heated one for 1 minute and it broke so I guess just be careful heating,haven't used it for ice yet.
