Milk Chocolate Covered Gummy Bears

I've noticed a few people mentioning the taste and texture of these. But if you stop and think about it? What's a Raisinet? A sweet chewy dehydrated fruit that's coated in chocolate. The only difference is that you get a more "tropical" or "fruity" taste from what the chocolate coats, in this case. And gummy bears are obviously a bit more chewy than gummy bears. But it's basically the same thing, a contrast of fruit taste with chocolate.The first few you try will almost always fall under the "I'm not sure what to think about these yet" category. But after that, they're addictive. And then you have to find a good place to tuck them away, especially if you have the two-pound bag. Otherwise you'll be too tempted and will enjoy more than you probably need to in one sitting.I *may* or may have not placed a half dozen of them in a sealable mylar/foil type pouch, with a sticker of a leaf placed on them, and *may* have told one of our friends that came over that they were edibles. It took about 45 minutes before they said they could feel them "kicking in." So in addition to being a fun, different sweet, they double as great prank material. Especially since they're something that no one ever sees in stores, and they can't otherwise imagine why you'd have chocolate-covered gummies.Do you like chewy fruit candies? Like chocolate?
