I let myself get very fat and unhealthy, male, 59, 5'9¨250#, Scorpio. So, I've been a martial artist, bodybuilder, all in my 20s and 30s. The muscle accumulated fat as I quit being active, became a network engineer. THIS DEVICE, can't say much for the heaters, in fact, they're just enough to keep it from being cold but, that's fine as I live in Florida. The MASSAGE compression!! Oh, wow!
