LifePro Red Light Therapy for Body

When I got the Bioheal, l found it defective. All 60 LEDs illuminated and looked very bright in Red+NIR mode. It seemed no NIR LEDs inside! Then l contacted Lifepro. They admitted the devices were defective but they were not able to make shipment to my country . They recommended me contacting Amazon directly for replacement units. But I am very concerned about the warranty! If they can’t ship to my country directly, how can they cover the life warranty? If they can’t commit the warranty, why they still sell large amount of products overseas through Amazon? For this reason they agreed to refund and told me payment successfully processed. Because the transportation fee to US is very high (DHL$130/pc) , they informed me that I didn’t need to return the devices. Unfortunately I did not receive the payment ! I had many many email to them in last few days but they did not reply and no more follow up! Finally I got the refund. Not too bad!
