Refurbished Remington Shine Therapy Hot Rollers

I love the compact design and I liked the idea of the clips to hold the roller. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The clips do not grip the curler very tightly when the hair is wound on it. I have fairly thick hair, but I have to use very small sections of hair so that the clip will hold (much smaller sections than with a previous roller set). The rollers do get very hot if left for 10 minutes or so, which is what I need to curl my hair; however the clips and rollers are too hot to handle and burn your fingers when you try to use them. Maybe provide a glove or something to protect from the heat? Also, the rollers do not slide easily on and off the poll, so I struggle with that and it adds more time tothe process. I would really love these if a couple of these issues were addressed. Until then, I wouldn't buy them again.
