Love Crystal Light packets, Very Very convenient and love the flavors, much better than plain water. If you can get the larger amount of packages for a good price, its a good value and you can tuck them away in your disaster kit too. BIG PROBLEM with this order, BAD shipping envelope packaging, the thin inner cardboard box that held all of the powder packages was squashed and several of the powder packages had burst. Tho the powder that was on my fingers was very tasty, it was a waste of good Drink mix powder. I tried to contact someone and let them know that the shipping packaging was lousy but all I got was that it could not be returned and I was out of luck with a resolution. Do not want to return, just complain abut shoddy shipping. There needs to be better customer service with this sort of thing, so far there is none, just an automated that does not understand and will not put you thru to a person.On top of that, all 3 of the package of items due today were delivered to the neighbors front door, thank goodness for delivery pictures so I could go get my packages.
