InvoSpa Shiatsu Back Shoulder and Neck Massager with Heat

I was constantly feeling tired in my neck & upper back. I used salves, hot showers, sauna, etc. - no consistent relief. Also, I've never had a massage in my life. I decided to purchase this product, it arrived same day. It is great! Listen, it does not replace an actual massage, I'm sure, but it does what needs to be done. It relieved my pain almost instantly, especially once I learned to move it around to different places on my neck, shoulders and upper back & to adjust it accordingly.It's super easy to use, there are 4 buttons & I am not sure of what each settings does specifically, but all of them work well. The price is right! It also runs by electrical cord, it's not rechargeable and there are no batteries needed. Also, there's some type of pluggable adapter to supply electricity (think plugging it into a generator). I was not sure if it would work, but it does and I highly recommend buying it. Lastly, the heat is not blazing, but the temp is nice and comfortable.
