i recently had abdominal surgery and have to limit my caffeine intake. i like the nespresso pods because of their convenience. i was drinking their decaf coffee till i was allowed to introduce caffeine into my diet. both the decaf and half-decalf pods help me limit my caffeine. I am at the point where I can drink some regular coffee and the half decaf pods are perfect for this. i don't have to measure or mix coffees. the half decaf tastes like the central american coffees that i love so i don't feel like i've been cheated out of my morning coffee. Amazon shipping is more reliable than the company that Nespresso uses. It's good to know I can still get the same good coffee and a better value from Amazon.
