Best toothbrush at this price point

I have been using electronic toothbrushes for about seven years. This one beats my last one which was an Oral B genius 2018. For the price and the accesories than came with it, it is totally worth it.Firstly, once you recieve the toothbrush, you recieve an nicely packaged good with several smaller boxes devided into segments. These each have a different component. The box brought the toothbrush, 5 or 6 brush replacements, a charging travel case with uv light and storage for two brush heads, a charging dock for home with storage for 3 toothbrushes with uv light and a small 1 oz night toothpaste that claims to brighten and refresh the teeth.After having used it for about a month, I can say I am satisfied with my purchase. The toothbrush works really well at cleaning the mouth, the integrated timer is helpful to keep track of time ( it vibrates every 30 secs and after 2 min it turns off the device). This feature is useful as you can keep track of time and device the mouth into quarters of 30 secs. I personally brush for more than 4 minutes, more or less 1 minutes each for each quarter of the mouth. I have noticed that brushing for 12 minutes a day, my battery life is about 5 or 6 days but I doubt most people brush for longer than 8 minutes a day, so probably the battery should last for more than a week for the average user. I have only used the clean and whiten mode in the toothbrush, but the modes do change slightly the power output of the brush head. This brush has definitely been an update over my old oral b brush. It's much quieter, easier to get reliable quality toothbrush replacements as the ones that would be available would only last for lest than a month before losing their shape and the ergonomics of the aquasonic brush is much natural than the round head of oral b.Some points that they could improve is to add a small bump to prevent the toothbrush from rolling when placed horizontally. I would like for them to allow you to keep the brush on after the end of the 2 minute timer like my oral b did.Overall? One of the best toothbrush at this price point, the value for it exceeds the price in my opinion, as for example, competitors don't feature uv light. I would definely recomwnd buying and would suggest pairing with a small plug so you don't overcharge the toothbrush batteries.

False advertising

This is a very good toothbrush. I have only used the soft and massage setting and can say that alone has really satisfied my wants in a toothbrush. I will not take away from the great performance of the brush.But here’s where I have an issue. This kit is literally advertised and therefore priced at having a sanitizing travel case. Because who really is going to pack the main unit to have a toothbrush on the go? Now several customers have asked how to charge the case in the q&a and lots of customers (who actually received what was advertised) told them where to locate the port. Well I’m gonna tell you right now- THERE IS NO PORT. Why? According to this company- updating and upgrading the kit means taking away key features of it. They claim they made all these improvements to the brush, which has NOTHING AT ALL to do with why they are now sending basic, non sanitizing cases in a “pro” kit. They told me that they are sending “premium” cases instead now. Makes zero sense and premium is a very colorful way to describe a regular case that does absolutely nothing to clean your brush.What is really sending me is the fact that they have a whole picture and description of their case sanitizing capability- but go on to refer to it as premium, while sending you neither in terms of quality. What I do not respect about this brand is that when I pointed out that they had completely falsely advertised a kit and had not provided what I paid for, their solution was for me to BUY ANOTHER (MORE EXPENSIVE) OF THEIR KITS that comes with the travel case (but not the main unit) I already paid for. Are you kidding me? Absolutely not. And I told them exactly that. It wasn’t until my refusal that they offered to even refund me partially for not providing what I paid for. That’s pathetic. The worst part is that I said I’d actually prefer the case over the refund-since they clearly still make them and have them and they refused to do that. Again, pathetic, cause you have no business making deceptive ads in the first place and should absolutely honor your “mistakes”. I literally had to call Amazon and report the product as false advertisement for correcting it to even come up- and it STILL hasn’t been done days after their “awareness” that they are advertising a sanitizing case. So even after this epiphany, which I’m sure they were well aware of all along- they are still advertising this kit falsely.I also brought up the fact that several customers asked about this in the q&a and they did not bother to answer with truth/clarity but in private wanted to explain. They had no comment on that. I mentioned that they want me to spend more money when they have not even made the bulbs replaceable, forcing customers to re purchase units after a BULB (the cheapest and simplest part to make available to us) goes out…again no comment. So I am holding on to my brush thanks to the partial refund, but I will not buy another or deal with this brand beyond the life of this product. I do not respect deceptive business practice nor ones that have no accountability/willingness to right their wrongs unprovoked.
