I’ve used them to keep cool while working on an outdoor project. To dry wet carpet. For general air flow. The possibilities are endless. I haven’t used the metal hooks, but I can see the possibilities on a job site. I wasn’t expecting the mounting holes on the bottom, for semi-permanent mounting on a wall or ceiling. Might be nice for a workshop or garage where power isn’t available. Using a 5amp hour battery, it lasts about 4-5hrs on full blast. And 8hrs+ on half power. I don’t throw them around, but they seem rugged enough to do so. And light enough a small child could carry. The handle on top is super convenient. The size is perfect. Big enough to provide great airflow and small enough for great portability. It was on my wishlist for months. I wish I bought sooner.
