White Melting Wafers 5 lb Bag

These chips were fantastic and worked so well! This bag got me 50 dipped pretzels and I still have about 1/5 of the bag left. There wasn't a lot of waste either. I melted in a bowl over boiling water and had 0 issues with consistency. It is very easy to melt once you get the right temperature. The taste is so good! I wish these were for me. I did make two extras that were delicious. The off white is fine for adding food coloring. I just added a bit more blue to my baby blue to get that color I needed. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these. Don't overheat the chocolate or it will become mushy (found out at the end). It's still saveable but definitely is not the same.
