Extremely gentle action, but teeth don't feel as clean as my regular Sonicare.

I rated this higher than I did the same one in black, because my wife really likes hers (she likes a more gentle toothbrush). The truth is probably somewhere between. If you have sensitive teeth this is probably a nice travel toothbrush.

Other Philips Sonicare brush heads don't fit on this

I got this particular Philips Sonicare toothbrush because it used a battery, had a case, and looked like it used the same replacement brushes that the other three Philips Sonicare toothbrushes use. But no, this toothbrush has a shorter shank that is slightly differently shaped than the other Sonicare brushes.The replacement brushes need to say "for Philips Sonicare One" on them or they won't work. I wish the seller's site had mentioned this.
