Really great sound to match 4k picture

Shipping was a total pain (ordered Jul 7, did not receive until Jul 11 so much for Prime benefits!) but turns out, this soundbar was worth the wait. Sound is much better in movies and recent vintage TV. Not so noticeable with lower-quality sources but that's reasonable. Paired with Bluetooth sources very easily for me. Initial setup was easy, too. I am using this in a modest sized room, but it compares favorably with our aging home theater setup that cost LOTS more (and requires its own room!)A year on, it's been really good, but just recently audio in YouTube video is all over the place. Some due to creators' choices but even TimeTeam (British, pro production) videos, the Polk can't seem to boost spoken dialog well).

Either it's broken or it's absolute trash and product support have no idea!

Update 06/10/2021HDMI inputs still don't work and customer support basically say they are not supposed to work, which, I think, means the support people are not knowledgeable. If you read all the reviews here you will notice that the 5 star reviewers are people not using the HDMI inputs on the soundbar and the bad reviews, like mine, do want to use them.=================================================================For starters, I have had two previous soundbar with this TV and cable box and they worked perfectly. Was excited to get this and if you can get it all working (an exercise in frustration every time you switch it on) the sound and options are very good. However, unless you don't care about any of the 3 HDMI inputs, you are out of luck. Trust me, I've tried every type of HDMI setup with ARC and without ARC and none of them work reliably with my Samsung 7 smart TV. Not my cable box, not my ROKU stick on either input. The TV always knows it's connected to the MagniFi but tells me there is no data from the source whether I pick HDMI 1 (cable box) or 2 (Roku).Strangely it will sometime pass the video through, but does not capture the audio, which it should, or even pass it through.Oddly, if I use the input selector button on the sound bar, not the remote, and cycle through every option, eventually it all connects. After that, it's fine --- until I turn it off and on again. Just to be clear, the lights on the sound bar DO respond correctly to the remote buttons.I think they have a bunch of unresolved firmware and software bugs in this new product and I would not recommend buying it until they are resolved.
