Ease of use

Seems built sturdy. So far so good. I’m using the device once a day for a total of 60 minutes. It appears to be helping with my back injury

Disappointing
By Kayley Lynn on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2025
Product started out ok. Shortly after I purchased, the battery stopped charging properly. It takes many hours to charge, if it will even charge at all. Now the belt short circuits or cuts off if you touch it. It has to be completely flat or it will not work. If I try to put the belt on my body it immediately cuts off. This is the third LifePro product that I’ve purchased that has stopped working or arrived damaged. This will be my last purchase. While the company does seem to have good customer service, it does seem like their products are defective…as one of my products even came with a warning that if it was damaged to contact them and not leave a negative review. Really disappointed. Now I have to jump through all of their hoops once again to get either a replacement or a refund for this which I don’t think I can get a refund as I purchased it through Amazon. I did opt for the extended warranty, but we’ll see how this plays out. I purchased this product because it had good reviews. I would have rather spent more money for a product that actually works or that wouldn’t stop working almost immediately.LifePro sells subpar products. Don’t waste your time or money on this. It’s not the hassle.
