They are comfortable, dependable

They do not interfere with sleep quality, staying in place all night. Fit well, if you get the size right (I guessed and bought L, but need medium) . It’s great value for the money and are effective.

They leak
By lkchary on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2024
They're comfortable enough but they do not hold up well in a lying down position. They are supposed to be good for overnight, but I have not found them to be up for the job and they leak which makes it very uncomfortable. I have to use backup bed pads and often double up with a different brand. They do not stay flat but tend to bunch in the crotch which creates an uneven surface to hold your pee. In my last order, all the underwear totally frizzed on the outside so there were patches of filaments of material hanging off the sides. This had never happened before and I'm hoping it was just this one lot because it's very annoying. All that said, they're better than several other brands I've tried because when they do work, they do a good job. But for much better protection I like the Tena brand which has a much wider crotch area.
