MaryRuth Prenatal Postnatal Multivitamin

Update: I received a new bottle, 100% sealed and in perfect conditions, directly from the seller. It took some time for them to send the replacement but it was worth it, i already tried another brand and really I prefer the taste of this one. Now that I had this experience I would recommend to buy it directly via Mary Ruth's webpage, even if it takes a little longer for the order to be delivered.First review: I received the product with a broken tap, compromised seal, and visible leakage, which is concerning given the delicate nature of this item, meant for consumption. I sent this review to Mary Ruth's team both via email and instagram's DM. They never replied my email but they did on IG. They promised an "express" replacement which never came, and after 2 weeks of them promising it would be shipped anytime, I asked for my refund, which I did receive. They then offered to send a "free product" due to everything I went through, I told them that I wanted the Prenatal & postnatal then, eventhough I knew I was never going to receive it. They promised I would. And guess what? I'm still waiting. LOL. I attach hereby some pics of how I received it.
