All bars arrived broken and near best by date

The chocolate arrived in a box with 0 protection and it came in a different packaging thsn advertised. All the bars arrived damaged and not a single one was intact. Product was around 2-3 months until expiration date whixh is a little too close. Seller took days to respond once then never responded again. Only reason this isn’t 0 stars is because the chocolate bars were pretty affordable compared to others and tasted ok.
