Works well, great massage gun. Lots of attachments and settings. Very happy with this purchase. Was able to use my HSA money to buy it which was a bonus, it qualifies as a "medical" device.

I’d say I’m in between liking and loving it. My build is more muscular and my muscles get extremely tight especially after working out. I’d been using an expensive foam roller, tennis balls and a rolling pin to help my tense and aching muscles. None of them ever felt like they were getting the job done. In doing research I learned about fascia and how that tightens especially with age. I definitely needed something more powerful to massage and loosen my muscles and fascia. This Sonic definitely feels great! It has the power needed to really penetrate my muscles. As soon as I started using it the first time I thought, “this is what I’ve been needing for so long!” I do find it a bit too heavy so it can feel a bit difficult to use and fully relax while using it. I wish the handle had a firmer grip and was a bit slimmer so I could grip it stronger. Or maybe provide a grip glove to wear while using it. My charge has been lasting really well. I use it for much longer than the 5-10min recommended time multiple times and still have 60% charge. It’s also not too loud which is great. My shoulders hold a lot of my tension and knots. This gun is kinda hard to use on my own shoulders. (My tension is in the scapula dip.). For whatever reason my hamstrings REALLY started bothering me as I got older and this is AWESOME for them. I crank up to the second or third power level and it feels amazing. I love feeling like I’m helping my circulation and lymph system too. I have also noticed some improvement in my level and duration of post workout muscle soreness after using it. I would definitely recommend this gun especially given the value price point!!!

The massage gun is very great quality and has helped me with my sciatica and after-workout recovery, first one and so far one of the best investments, big battery is a big plus and weight is perfect for handling.

Item ordered on a Friday evening and it was at my doorstep on Sunday morning! This Sonic percussion massage gun is a game changer for me! I was so impressed I was ready to leave feedback shy of a week from receiving this item. I decided to wait a couple of weeks in order to leave a thorough review since as a runner/cyclist with several injuries and a whiplash from a snowtubing accident I wanted to try the gun on my hips/legs and neck/back areas. This gun is amazing!!! It provided immediate relief from soreness and pain specifically around the neck area where I have incredibly tight muscles. I haven’t had the need to take any pain medication and the only change is adding this gun to my regimen. At a visit to my physical therapist I was just about to share my new ‘gadget’ when he walks in with the same exact Sonic the only difference is that his came with different attachments. The reveal: The Sonic gun arrived well packaged and in its own suitcase (pictures and video included) with an AC charging adapter and 5 interchangeable massage attachments, (round ball, fingertip, flat, Spinal and bullet). Here’s how I used them: Round ball: used around my quads/hamstrings and calves after a workout. Fingertip: used around my shoulder blades and the base on my neck Flat: used around my hip area and buttocks Spinal: I didn’t really use this one along the spine since I can’t reach and I was afraid I would hurt myself, I did use it for my IT band to help loosen the tight muscle in the area after a run. Bullet: I used this one for trigger points on my back and quads. The Sonic arrived charged so I was able to use it immediately. I then charged it overnight and after multiple uses for a few days after the Sonic is still charged!! Very impressive. I’ve had other guns that require a charge after just a couple of uses in one day. Also, I’m impressed how the pieces remain attached while in use- not so much with other guns. The gun is a lot quieter and more powerful than my previous one. I haven’t had the need to go beyond the 2nd speed. The only issue I have with the gun is its heaviness which is why it’s probably so powerful there’s no need to increase the speed. I really like that after 10 minutes it shuts off and I used that as an indicator to move on to the next body part. I really love my new Sonic and I highly recommend this product! My girlfriend purchased a similar gun for $400 and $49 for the case. For only $119 Sonic comes w/ a free case for the win!

It’s so weird to me that the companies who make products to help with pain never seem to consider that people in pain often can’t use their products effectively. Like, why wouldn’t you make an adapter? So I’m glad I found this handle. I have chronic pain and I’m a swimmer, so something always hurts. The extender makes it so easy for me to reach spots I normally couldn’t, or would have to contort myself to get to. I can give myself an effective massage without strain or pain. It’s easy to hold, although I did wrap some silicone grip tape around my massage gun so it doesn’t slip.

This Sonic Handheld Percussion Massage Gun is great for sore muscles! It adjusts for multiple speeds and has 8 head options. This gun comes with a case and a manual. A little heavier than I expected, but I am new to massage guns and really haven’t held any others. With my smaller hands It can become hard to hold the gun in one position for an extended period of time, but I think with more use my hand strength will increase. It can be challenging to get parts of your own back, but having a partner in your household to work your back can be very helpful! It works very well and it is priced lower compared to other guns! Pros: Price - it is easily comparable to competitors of similar price. And generally seems to cost a little less than I have seen for others Variety - The attachments that come with the unit are great at addressing different muscles. I have had this for a short time so primarily have used the standard ball and flat head attachments. Ease of Use - Product is very easy to use, attachments slide in and out easily. Adequate Power - Product outputs an adequate amount of power to be gentle enough for tender areas, but intense enough for most deeper issues. Cons: Adjustments - The unit can not adjust its power output Up and Down, it can only go up and cycles back to the beginning. Attachments - The standard massage ball attachment has a texture to it that grabs onto loose fitting clothing. I would recommend using on bare skin. I did have some problems a few times with the ball attachment staying put as I didn’t push it all the way in before powering up. I like “click” feedback so I know the part is all the way in and this doesn’t provide that. Weight - Seems a little heavy but I have nothing to compare it to. This probably works to my advantage as I can let the machine do the work and not have to add additional pressure. Overall this has been a game changer in my household. Would definitely recommend.

I have the Lifepro Sonic Handheld Percussion Massage Gun, and it has completely transformed my post-workout recovery routine. But I can never seem to reach my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back along with my hamstrings, so decide to order the Massage Gun Holder. The product was easy to assemble and very light weight. The handle has a nice cushion and good grip. The gun is held in place by secure fasteners. I was amazed how easy it was to massage all the hard-to-reach places especially my neck and upper shoulders. You can maneuver around with ease. If you have a massage gun, I highly recommend the gun holder attachment.

For the price point, you can't beat this. It's the real deal. Entry level two professional massage guns without spending several hundreds of dollars this thing functions nearly as well as my buddies really expensive brand-name one. The thing that I really like about this is how much pressure you can use and it doesn't force the massage gun to stop working like a lot of the low quality ones. It also has tons of different speed settings and fun attachments. I figured I would use it until I determined whether or not I'd consistently use it and then I would buy one of the really nice ones but I've consistently used it and have not even needed one of the really nice ones
