Leaked everywhere

I love this laundry soap. It doesn’t wonders for my baby’s clothes and the smell is nice. But I ordered this and this is how it came. It leaked and is covered in blue stuff. When I went to try to exchanged it, it says it can’t be exchanged. If the product is going to come like this, I won’t buy it anymore.
