BioEmblem Krill Oil

So I got this today and I feel quite fortunate to be able to write this review. I bought this based on the reviews that state that this is easy to swallow and does not result in a fish taste later (nor the possibility of choking). I took it with water and it got stuck in my throat. As I tilted my head back, to help ease the pill down, the water chaser began to shoot back up and, because my head was tilted, immediately went into my windpipe. At that point, I could not longer breathe in or out. Dropped my 24 oz water cup and stumbled to the doorway, vomiting water along the way. My two eldest kids heard the vomit/choking sounds and ran to my assistance, pounding my back as I fell to the floor, unable to breathe while still vomiting water. Daughter pounded on my upper back and dislodged the water so I was finally able to breathe somewhat and I coughed up the rest of the water. Meanwhile, the krill pill was still wedged in my throat. Whispered "hot milk" to son and he went and got me some. Very slowly, I managed to sip small amounts till the pill softened and went down. Here I am, 90 minutes later, and now I am getting fish burps. I will not be swallowing another one of these again. Doubt one dose will help my issue. Daughter suggested puncturing the capsule and taking it in food. Might try that.
