Apple MacBook Pro 13" i5 Touch Bar (2016) (S&D)

As soon as I activated the laptop, I received a "Service Battery" notification. According to Apple, this means "The Battery isn't functioning normally, and you may or may not notice a change in its behavior or the amount of charge it holds. Take you computer in for service." This problem was apparent immediately, as the battery percentage would jump from 80% to 40% in a matter of seconds, then return to 80% without touching a charger. The computer also died abruptly just to power back on a few seconds later with full charge. On top of this major problem, the laptop arrived with two unattached keys. Not only are the keys not attached and have the habit of falling out, but they often do not respond when clicked on. If you're planning on buying a 2019 Macbook Pro, I highly recommend it, it seems like a great laptop. But not from this seller.
