Non-alcoholic toner that balances skin very well

This is an excellent toner! I use it as step three in my skin care routine to help balance and ready my skin for moisturizing. It has a pleasant smell and this larger bottle is most definitely worth the money.

I like the softener products, but I won't be purchasing this one again. It works okay, lighter than the regular softener. The scent of it is kind of off putting. Smells like cheap hotel air freshener.
