Ruined Valentines Day Chocolate

Sorry to say but my box of Godiva chocolate was for Valentines Day and arrived on time I opened the box and the padded paper that goes on top of the chocolates was stuck and finally tore it off the chocolate. The chocolates were like exploded onto the padded paper caramel and all was all over like I don't know how it happened but the box was ruined. I got a refund which was nice.
