Everything I Hoped it would be...So Far

The can came well packaged and works as advertised. No dings or dents and looks awesome in my kitchen. I was drawn to this brand because it can be ac-powered and that is exactly how I connect, no batteries for me. Another feature I really appreciate is the plastic ring that hides the garbage bag from hanging out under the cover. I love the clean seamless look it affords. I hope we have many years of service from this beautiful sleek garbage can.

Disappointing

I had high hopes for this product and was very disappointed. It doesn’t work. It has adapter to plug in , but you still need to buy batteries. Then you buy batteries still doesn't work and then are told by their customer service via chat option that you need to try out energizer or Duracell. After already spending over $10 for the non sufficient batteries. Btw.. this is not on the box or directions that you need energizer or Duracell. And don’t try calling them on the phone, just rings busy no matter what option you choose. Just the chat option.
