Studies have shown that this has the same effect as the GLP-1 without side effects. Day 4: It does curve my appetite and gives me energy. I started with the entire can and almost died because I could not keep still. Now, I only drink half a can for now. I will titrate up to an entire can when I feel my appetite is no longer suppressed or my energy needs more boost. Do not drink after 3 pm or you will be looking at the ceiling at midnight trying to go to sleep! LOL Mint flavor is delicious and light. I have not tried the other flavors and this does have 24 grams of organic sugar can I rather have that then artificial flavoring.

At $34/12 pack ($2.83/can) I must say that I was disappointed to open the box and find that one of the cans had been crushed and had emptied its contents into the box. Not worth returning, but not sure I'll order it online again. That being said, I love this tea! The bluephoria is my favorite with the sweetness mixed with the tang of blueberry.
