Great once you can figure it out

UPdate - I absolutely loved my portrait once I learned the program. It was a great machine! I have since upgraded because my business has grown considerably. The machine was not working correctly because there was a piece of vinyl stuck in the blade. Easy fix! Once I figured out how to use it, since there are hardly no videos for how-to's for this machine, I really liked it. However, it's only been 6mo and the machine is not working properly. I have emailed Silhouette about the issue. Had to send in a video to show what is going on and waiting to hear back. I think it might be the autoblade malfunctioning. I'm going to get a new one and retry.

The vinyl trimmer is missing in my order :(

This is my second silhouette portrait, I love the size of it samll but very functional. Protrait 2 is a bit longer than the original Protrait. I bought the Protrait 2 and get a bundle kit this time! However, I’m so upset that the vinyl Crosscutter is missing in my order! I was so excited to receive this little machine and ready to do some projects this weekend but the vinyl Crosscutter is now missing... can I get my Crosscutter back? Update, not just the Crosscutter is missing but also the free membership included in their every new machine is missing too ! What is happening to my package? Looks like someone took it and returned and seller re-sell it as a new machine :((((( very upset !!
