Make sure this is the model for you

I was originally a bit upset with this purchase because I thought it had to be fast/quick charge capable for its price. Anker's support team contacted me and are shipping me a Quick Charge battery free of charge. I don't know of many companies that are willing to do that. This isn't even the first time that they've gratuitously helped me out with a product that I've purchased from their company. If customer service is big for you, don't be afraid to deal with Anker. One thing that this battery provides is a Trickle Charge option which explains the higher price for a non-Quick Charge battery. This is important to make note of when deciding what battery is right for you. This feature allows you to effectively charge low drive electrical products, such as Bluetooth headphones. If that isn't something that applies to you, then Anker has other models to fit your needs. If it is something you are looking for, as some batteries don't even charge those devices, then this battery is a good choice. Build wise it's about what you'd expect. It's not very compact but the trade off is durability. It feels heavy duty and the USB ports fit the plugs snugly. The case it comes with is made of a nice quality mesh. It's definitely not cheap feeling. It charges my Samsung Galaxy S9 in a little under 2 hours while my default Fast Charger does it in about 1.5 hours. That's pretty fast considering that this isn't a Quick Charge battery. Buy this if: -You charge devices that don't require a high charge such as Bluetooth headphones or simple USB devices. -Prefer durability over compactness Look for another model if: -You need Fast/Quick Charge -You don't need trickle charge

Great Device, Solid Battery Life, Charges Quickly, Only Issue I have is with the MICRO USB Port.
By Christopher J. Scott on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2019
I have had this Battery since September 2018. It is a great product, I have had other Anker Products in the past. It charges Samsung and Apple Devices quickly, I find that when it comes to my Mobile Phones, You will be at 25% in no time and you can use the phone while it is connected. Works great with iPads, using it with newer iPads they charge quickly and I was able to use an iPad Mini while connected and charging. The iPad 2 was a different story, it will charge but doesn't charge well if you are using it at the same time. But that could also be the device. Now, the Battery itself charges in a reasonable time and I generally leave it connected to a USB-C Cable overnight or when I am at work and I get about 3-4 charges of my device out of one charge of the battery. I have used it for Headsets and other devices and it works without issue for the most part. The only issue I have had is with charging the device, I have been able to charge it without issue with a USB-C Cable. Now, the MICRO USB port has not been reliable. I have used different cables and different power connections, but it doesn't seem to work well. I find that I will connect it and check back and it hasn't charged the battery at all. Not a big deal, because I generally use the USB-C Port anyways. However, I don't know if these just don't charge well over a MICRO USB cable or if my battery may be faulty. Other then that, the device is solid and is great for travel.
