Cooks a little faster because of the divider. Makes cutting a breeze.

This pan has made my life much easier. Just baked my first batch of brownies and had great success. I used the Katherine Hepburn brownie recipe, and doubled everything, to fill the pan. I heavily greased the pan and dividers right before pouring the batter in. Recipe called for 30-40 minutes bake time. Usually it has taken me closer to 40 minutes but this time I smelled them at 30 minutes and checked and they were totally done. It seems they cook a little faster because of the dividers, which is nice. I let them cool over night and the next day they were beyond easy to remove from the pan. All uniform and perfect looking. 5 stars.

I do LOVE the grid system

I was really excited for these. I read numerous reviews... I thought everything was going well, until they started leaking from the bottom. I mean serious leakage. I do LOVE the grid system. I have replaced the pans with heavy duty professional removable bottom pans like these. And yes, they have a tiny bit of leakage. So when I have to make a double batch of brownies (which is very often) I use both types of pans and just use extra long, heavy duty foil sprayed really well. I have found that if you carefully put the grid marker on the hot brownies when they come out of the oven it works just as fine too. I was using A LOT of Mazola spray and really not much difference. Clean up is best on the grid if you just soak it in some warm soapy water and spray off. Otherwise a bit time consuming for cleaning each grid side.
