Dove Damaged Hair Conditioner Intensive Repair

This conditioner is very affordable, I bought 31 ounces for $18.59 after tax. It had a pump, which is important to me. However, I could tell after one use that it wasn't very moisturizing. The scent was so strong, my hair smelled like heavy perfume for 24 hours. I couldn't smell anything else! I enjoy a pleasant scent in my shampoo and conditioner, but this was overwhelming. I returned it the next day. If you want a moisturizing, frizz control conditioner, you should spend a bit more money. I can recommend Redken All Soft Conditioner or Biolage Smooth Proof Conditioner. Joico Moisture Recovery is also good. This Dove Damaged Hair Conditioner Intensive Repair is only for people with normal hair. I need a more moisturizing conditioner because I color my hair. I simply cannot recommend this conditioner. Amazon reviews warned me about the smell but I didn't listen.
