The items is fantastic and does what it should. Amazon deliveries, or service, are starting to fail consistently. They either do not get delivered at all, or like this one was thrown in the corner of our package room rather than on the shelf designated for my unit deliveries. No photo was taken either most likely because it was thrown on the floor not even near the area of delivery. Very poor service and unprofessional.
