It smelled really fresh the first week I purchased it but after the first week it started to smell spicy. It's a great product and very strong!

too weak for the price

I love spruce scented things because the smell reminds me of Alaska. This scent is pretty weak and could easily be mistaken for pine or cedar -- it's just not very sprucey. I wouldn't mind if it only cost $5, but for this price I expected something better.
