Every single piece of this fan needs to be assembled and they are not easy to reach or assemble. Clear your schedule, medicate, use the bathroom, eat, sign a prenup, write your will and say goodbye to your loved ones before you open the box. Because after you start assembling and successfully install this fan, you won’t be the same person again. Perhaps a few years older! I am a fairly handy person and this was my fate. I remember the good old days where you’d open the box and assemble 3-4 price and install a fan! Nowadays to reduce shipping and storage costs everything is in small prices. After you install, and survive the process, the fan itself looks ok. Functions well. I needed to replace the light bulbs it came with, because it didn’t dim properly and flickered…perhaps cheap quality bulbs. I used another ones I already had and I worked fine. Good luck!
