It took quite a lot of ripping with pliers and weakening the edges with a knife to remove the PCI slot covers (which are supposed to be the "snap off" kind). Perhaps I just got a weird one but it was a pain to get them off. I can't say I have any other major complaints though, I do otherwise like the design of the case (which includes two mounting racks compatible with desktop or laptop/SSD sized drives, and one just for the latter). This was a big plus for me as I use two SSDs in a RAID 0 setup with one larger mechanical drive. It has a glowing blue fan in front which seems to work ok as well. I also happen to have blue glowing power supply and two blue glowing fans 2 Pack Blue 120mm Case Fan Cooling PC and Light Up Computer Case with Cool Look, Long Life Bearing with DC 15 LED Illuminating PC Case. Quiet Durable Fans Enhance Performance of Tower which match the theme as well. The top has 3 USB ports, one of which is USB 3. There is also a card reader on the top of the case which I did not connect because my motherboard didn't have the connector for it. One of my favorite things about this case is that after removing the screws, you can "flip" it open to make the computer very easy to work on. It is as easy as working on the motherboard outside of the case. It includes a tool for easy installation of motherboard screw standoffs, basically a metal thing that wraps around the standoff and has a screwdiver slot on top. The included fan can be connected using molex or a 3-pin fan connector.
