Excellent for the quality kitchen. I Love this when I want the best there is for my cooking. Light flavor is perfect for asparagus and lobster, here on the Maine Coast. Yes. get it. I insist on this.

We can't understand why people buy this

We fell for the "duck fat is amazing" narrative but honestly don't understand the hype. It doesn't taste good. It doesn't add anything of value if you saute something in it. We kept it in case magic happens and we suddenly find a use for it.
