Good stuff, family likes it
By Must_Have_Coffee! on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2024
I used to use another salon brand tea tree shampoo with the initials of PM in the winter, but it is pricey. I thought I’d give this one a try and I’m so glad that I did. It deep cleans my hair just the same as the other brand, yet is gentle enough for daily family use. It also smells the same, in my opinion. Chi has converted me over to them on many products.

LACKING IN ONE AREA - OTHERWISE GOOD

The tea tree is effective... BUT ... it should be in the same type of a bottle as Scalpicin - where you can point the delivery of the liquid directly on the sores on the scalp -The Spray method and especially if you have medium to long length air - gets absorbed by the Hair and does not get directly to the sore area that needs it...most of it is soaked up in the strands of hair and not delivered to the sore area. They need to put it in a different bottle... then it would be Perfect!!

This Tea tree oil shampoo is the best. I had no idea what I was missing until I tried it. It removes hard water build up that I didnt even realize was an issue. I love it and the clean smell. I originally bought for my son bc I didnt know if he had dandruff or hair product build up. After a couple of uses there was no longer an issue. We love this product.

Soothing and cooling. My scalp itches throughout the day, regardless of how recently I have washed my hair. I wish I had learned about this product sooner!

For Dry Skin Scalp - Excellent!

I have extremely dry skin and looking at my temperature doodad, it's 11% humidity in my apartment right now. To combat it in the winter, I only shower and wash my hair once a week. I do not have naturally oily anything. For my skin, I apply an extra strong moisturizer then oil on top. It's still dry!! Since I can't do that to my poor scalp, the only relief I can get is not drying it out anymore. So it's itchy quite a bit. And I itch, and I get flakes. And my favorite color is black. So I don't look like I'm producing snow, I use this when I feel an itch coming on. I use it first on wet hair when I get out of the shower. It seems to last for 24 hours. Then, when I get itchy, a few quick sprays on the problem spots does the trick. You really do not need much and it will make your hair look kind of matted if you use too much. Just one spray per area is all you need. Rub it through and maybe brush your hair (I have very short hair) to dissipate the product. I feel instant relief and again, it lasts about 24 hours. I've had the small bottle for a long time as a little goes a long way so I feel the price is worth it. I also have psoriasis and I've found it doesn't work as well for that. Just the dry scalp. It's nice to have a product that you can get relief without having to wash and add in stuff and blah, blah, blah. Just a couple quick sprays when you need it and you're good to go without looking like a snow maker.

I ordered this shampoo and conditioner for my wife - no issues with the products themselves, but the dispenser on the bottle was broken. This is not the first time I've bought this product from different sellers and the dispenser is often damaged.

Like that hair doesn't become tangled and is easy to comb. Leaves hair with some body.
