Outstanding pressure washer!

I had read some poor reviews about the condition of the box, etc. The shipping carton was not in perfect condition, but there was no damage or missing parts as others have reported. I assembled, added gas and it fired up on the first pull. One review reported disappointing pressure. The pressure doesn't kick in until you take the choke of, so I'm wondering if the reported low pressure was due to user error. This machine is outstanding. I've run it for at least six hours with no issues. It does an amazing job on my vinyl deck and dock. The only thing that can be improved is putting two feet on the base instead of one in the middle - when I hang my 50ft extension hose on the hanger the machine tips to the side.

Not one, but two were defective.

I originally purchased this pressure washer in January and upon arrival the box was severely distorted and torn. The pressure washer was damaged so I returned it without any problem. The metal tubing was bent around the frame and honestly that took some pressure to distort it. Amazon sent me another one to replace the first item. To my surprise this box was torn and damaged as well. Overall the second pressure washer was in good shape except for the plastic air filter cover. It was cracked. This would not affect the performance, and since I was tired of lugging these this thing to the UPS store, I kept it and used it immediately for about an hour. It worked great. About a week later I used it the second time and the pressure drastically reduced about 30 minutes into the job. I've turned a few wrenches in my time so I know a little about troubleshooting. The pump went out. I called Amazon and they are giving me a refund without any questions. Off I go to the UPS store, again! I would not recommend this product.
