HD Rearview Mirror Monitor and Dual Camera System

This unit shows promise, but it's current model IS A JOKE! I purchased one 9 months ago and it worked fine for about 4 months. Then, the buttons that control the unit stopped working. Soon afterwards, the DVR function stopped working as well. I left it on my car and used it as a 'back-up camera' until it just completely died. It also overheats very easily.Then I purchased a second unit since I had already had the rear camera hard-wired to my car. Well the 'new one' lasted only 2 days before the control buttons stopped working, and the unit just froze, just like my prior unit. I immediately contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement the next day. I received the unit and immediately set it up, and it was frozen from the get go. Needless to say, I am returning BOTH of these non-working units.I also contacted PYLE customer care and they played stupid saying that the delivery man must have dropped the units while delivering them. Bull.Also, as other have mentioned, IT CANNOT HANDLE THE HEAT.
