Solid Meal Replacement—Super Cookie Crunch is My Go-To!

The MET-Rx Big 100 Protein Bars are great for a quick meal replacement, packing a lot of protein to keep me full and energized. They’re a bit dry, but that’s expected with protein bars. I mainly use these when I forget to bring lunch to work, need a fast breakfast, hiking/camping, or before donating plasma for an easy low fat protein boost. Favorite Flavors: 🔥 Super Cookie Crunch – My go-to! (Super dry) 🥣 Granola – Solid choice for hiking. (As dry as any other granola) 🍏 Apple Pie – A nice change of pace. (Still dry) Pros: ✅ High Protein—Great for keeping full. ✅ Convenient & Filling—Perfect for busy and long days. ✅ Decent Taste for a Protein Bar—Especially my top three flavors! Cons: ❌ A Bit Dry—Not the worst, but keep a drink or shake nearby. Final Thoughts: If you need a quick, high-protein meal replacement, these bars get the job done. Super Cookie Crunch is my favorite, but Granola and Apple Pie are solid too. Just be ready to chase it with some water or coffee! 💪🚀

High in sugar.

Pros: 1. Taste good. 2. Filling. 3. High protein. Cons: 1. High in sugar. 2. Gives me heart palpitations. I bought these bars on recommendation of a friend. They have a nice taste and texture and are very filling which is great. Also have a large amount of protein. The crummy thing is they are super high in sugar and for some reason give me heart palpitations and sometimes headaches. Not sure if it is a particular ingredient I'm reacting to. I probably wouldn't buy them again but would recommend them for someone to test out if they don't mind the 24 grams of sugar and don't get any adverse effects from eating them.
