Great product! As a registered dental hygienist

Great product! As a registered dental hygienist, I highly recommend Listerine's total care zero. I am not a fan of the burn of regular strength Listerine, so this one suits me. I know that for some people they can have a reaction to it, resulting in tissue sloughing (which is not harmful and is just a temporary reaction to the ingredients), but I find it works very well for myself and for most of my patients, and has the added benefit of fluoride protection. There are various rinses and toothpaste products on the market that can cause the tissue sloughing reaction for certain people, it's not just this product. It's all about finding the right product that works for you in taking the best care of your mouth. I have had very good feedback and seen great results with regular use of this rinse.

Made my mouth peel BUT amazing customer care

This product was making a layer of the skin on my gums and cheeks slough off/peel every time i used it. My mouth became super sensitive to salt and when i did some research online I found out this was common in some people and they too stopped use. I called customer care to tell them what has been happening to me and they were amazing and sent me a refund for my bottle. Probably works great for some people, but the woman on the phone helping me said it can have a reaction occasionally with some people.
