disappointing

Worked great. Then only days after my 30 day replace/return window closed it stopped connecting apps to internet. I have strong wireless and tv says it is connected but the apps like Netflix and Amazon won't connect which makes this product virtually useless. Full factory reset did not fix. Very disappointed.
