Extend Bar Pack of 15, Cookies and Cream

I researched and finally purchased this item to deal with late evening "munchies" prior to going to bed. Other snacks negatively influenced my fasting glucose readings. This item has been a blessings imply because I can eat one bar late night and have NO escalations in glucose readings the next morning. They work well to alleviate hunger for a snack. Highly recommend for those who are controlling their glucose levels. Flavor is excellent and not boring. I have ordered two more packages! Expensive, yes, in my opinion, but the product's abilities offset the cost factor.
